T-Mobile Call Center

Golden Sands renovated a T-Mobile Technical Support Call Center in Idaho, where more than 90 employees work. Due to the nature of the call center, which operated 20 hours a day, it was required that 75% of the work be performed during off hours (10 pm to 6 am) within a 13 month time frame.
